The default installed media player is wmp9, but here is a easy way to make wmp11 to be sucessfully installed, please follow the next steps to install wmp11:1. Go to ms website download wmp11.exe installation file 2. Use winrar extract file 3. Looking for wmfdist11.exe and wmp11.exe two files 4. Extract wmfdist11.exe and run wmfdist11\update\update.exe 5. Extract wmp11.exe and run wmfdist11\update\update.exe again 6. Run wmp shortcut on the start menu and you are done!
